Submissions

Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and peer review.

Fees

The Article Publication Charge is due only after acceptance and is non-refundable once processing has begun, except where the journal is at fault.

Content ownership

Authors retain copyright of their work, published here under an open-access license as described in our Permissions page.

Limitation of liability

This site and its contents are provided "as is." The journal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
